Life Insurance Representative

Responsibilities
- Personalized, efficient and pleasant telephone interactions with clients. Creates a climate of trust conducive to the sale of a life insurance or living benefits policy.
- Educates and advises our clients on our products, while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.
- Excels in all service and sales opportunities providing exceptional attention to clients needs.
- Works with the agent to establish and meet goals.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Job Requirements:
- Sales experience (preferred).
- Successful track record of meeting goals.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to relate to customers and team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Organized, with the ability to problem solve.
- Ability to prioritize the team goals over personal gain.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of basic computer and office skills
Qualifications:
- Life and Health license LLQP
- Property and Casualty license (preferred OTL or RIBO, or must be able to obtain).
- Product/ sales experience (required).
- College diploma in a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Previous sales experience required, insurance experience would be an asset.
